Introduction! Grab a seat, make yourself comfortable and we will go over the microblading or shading procedure as well as answer any questions. Don't forget to bring a valid form of ID. Clients must be 18+.
Using a software system, pencil and charcoal-infused string, we create a non-permanent outline using your facial structures and natural eyebrow hair to create the best symmetrical eyebrow shape for you. This custom process takes 60-90min. The outline is dark and intense, but don't let it overwhelm you!
Prior to the procedure, we apply a numbing cream for approx 10 min. Now is a great time to go to the bathroom, grab some water and stretch your legs.
We use a manual tool for microblading each hair stroke, or a machine for powder/ombre brows. Each microblading tool/tattoo needle is single patient use,
For microblading, after each hair stroke is created, an ink mask is placed to ensure proper pigment implantation. The process is repeated one more time on each eyebrow, with an additional numbing cream application in between to ensure comfort. Shading may be performed after if needed. For powder/ombre/bold brows, no ink mask is needed as ink is deposited evenly during the tattooing.
Voila! Brows are complete.
Microblading is often crisp and dark at first, but softens as it heals. If a client has skin that is compatible with microblading, then they will see results similar to this client where is is soft but the form is still there. The touchup will make the shape and strokes more precise.
The brows are fresh and crisp after first appointment, but soften as they heal. Microbladed hairstrokes soften in the front, and the powder brow lightens in color. Scabbing varies between clients.
Shape and color are intense upon leaving first appointment. Scabs generally form around day 5, flake off and reveal a soft color underneath. Full color "blooms" around week 3 of healing.
Arrive with your eyebrows ready to be filled. Waxing, grooming and treatments must be done at least 3 days in advance for skin to be healed and ready for procedure.
Your eyebrows will appear too dark and too thick leaving you unsatisfied. Skin redness comes through and your brows often look orange and dark.
Scabs begin to slough off. The amount of scabbing varies upon individual whereas some clients have very minimal scabbing, and others experience scabs coming off for a few days. Full color "blooms" by week 3.

Retouch my brows now! Strokes are gone. The pigment will return to the surface.
Time for the perfection appointment. Pigment will be filled in where strokes did not reappear.
Brows are fresh again, places where pigment didn't adhere have been filled.
Clients who have eczema, rosacea, dermatitis, or other skin conditions, may be more prone to scarring, bleeding, and can heal with undesired results such as loss of pigment and blurring.
We do not perform any services on any client that is pregnant or breastfeeding. It is advised you wait 6-8 weeks after pregnancy/breastfeeding to allow for hormones to stabilize which could otherwise effect skin integrity and pigment retention.
